Description

Cement, Portland, Chemicals is a fundamental hydraulic binding agent, essential for the construction and infrastructure sectors worldwide. Its primary value lies in its ability to form a durable, rock-like mass when mixed with water and aggregates, making it the cornerstone of modern concrete and mortar. This product is critical for manufacturers of ready-mix concrete, precast concrete elements, and construction materials, as well as for large-scale civil engineering projects. Consistent quality and reliable supply are paramount for ensuring the structural integrity and longevity of buildings, roads, bridges, and other critical infrastructure.

Application

  • Ready-Mix Concrete Production: The primary use for manufacturing standard and specialized concrete for commercial and residential construction.
  • Precast Concrete Manufacturing: Used in factories to produce standardized building components like blocks, pipes, panels, and beams.
  • Civil Engineering & Infrastructure: Essential for large-scale projects including roadways, bridges, dams, tunnels, and airport runways.
  • Mortar and Grout Formulation: A key ingredient in masonry mortars for bricklaying and grouts for filling gaps and anchoring.
  • Stabilization and Soil Cement: Employed to improve the mechanical properties and durability of subgrade soils in road bases and foundations.
  • Oil & Gas Well Cementing: Specialized grades are used for sealing the space between the casing and the borehole wall in oil and gas wells.

Quality Control

Our Portland Cement is manufactured and tested to meet or exceed international standards such as ASTM C150 and EN 197-1. Quality is assured through rigorous control of the clinker production process and finished product testing for key parameters including compressive strength, setting time, fineness, and chemical composition. Certificates of Analysis (COA) and mill test reports are available upon request to verify compliance with your project specifications.

Storage

Preserve in a tightly closed container, protected from light. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. Due to its hygroscopic (moisture-sensitive) nature, it is critical to protect the product from exposure to atmospheric moisture to prevent pre-hydration and caking. Bulk storage silos must be airtight. Ideal storage temperature is between 15-25°C (59-77°F). Keep away from incompatible materials like acids and ammonium salts.
