Reliable Delivery for Chemical Raw Materials

As a chemical raw material manufacturer, we do not operate as an online retail store or instant checkout platform.

All orders are handled through a professional B2B process, including inquiry review, product specification confirmation, quotation, production planning, quality inspection, packaging, and shipment coordination.

Our team works closely with customers to arrange suitable delivery solutions based on product type, quantity, destination, regulatory requirements, and transportation conditions.

How Our Order Process Works

1. Inquiry & Requirement Confirmation

Customers can submit inquiries through our contact form, email, or direct communication with our sales team.

To provide an accurate quotation and delivery plan, we may confirm the following information:

  • Product name or CAS number
  • Required quantity
  • Application or technical requirements
  • Purity, specification, or customized standard
  • Destination country or region
  • Required documents, such as COA, MSDS/SDS, TDS, or other compliance documents
2. Quotation & Lead Time Confirmation

After reviewing the inquiry, we provide a quotation based on product availability, production schedule, packaging requirements, and delivery destination.

For standard products, lead time depends on current inventory and order quantity.

For custom synthesis or special specifications, lead time will be confirmed after technical evaluation and production planning.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after both parties agree on product specifications, quantity, price, delivery terms, documentation requirements, and other commercial details.

For B2B transactions, the final agreement may be completed through quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, sales contract, or other mutually accepted documents.

4. Production, Quality Control & Packaging

Before shipment, products are manufactured or prepared according to agreed specifications.

Our quality control process may include:

  • Batch testing
  • Purity and impurity control
  • COA preparation
  • Packaging inspection
  • Label verification
  • Document review before dispatch

Packaging will be selected according to the product properties, order quantity, and transportation requirements.

5. Shipment Arrangement

Shipment is arranged after order confirmation, product readiness, and completion of required documentation.

Depending on the product type and destination, delivery may be arranged by international express, air freight, sea freight, or customer-designated logistics providers.

For regulated, sensitive, hazardous, or temperature-sensitive chemicals, shipping methods and documentation requirements will be evaluated case by case.

Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, production lead time, packaging requirements, customs clearance, shipping method, and destination country.

Estimated lead time will be provided during the quotation or order confirmation stage.

Actual transit time may be affected by customs inspection, carrier schedules, local regulations, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Documents

Depending on the product and destination, we can provide relevant shipping and product documents, such as:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Certificate of Analysis, COA
  • Safety Data Sheet, SDS/MSDS
  • Technical Data Sheet, TDS
  • Certificate of Origin, if applicable
  • Other documents required for customs clearance or regulatory review

Document availability may vary depending on product category, customer requirements, and destination regulations.

Customs, Duties & Import Compliance

Customers are responsible for confirming whether the ordered products can be imported, stored, handled, and used in their destination country or region.

Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, local compliance requirements, and import permits are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We can support customers by providing available product and shipping documents for customs clearance and compliance review.

Order Cancellation or Changes

Because many chemical raw materials are produced, packed, or prepared according to confirmed customer requirements, order cancellation or changes may not be possible once production, packaging, documentation, or shipment preparation has started.

If changes are required, please contact our team as early as possible. We will evaluate the request based on production status, material availability, and logistics progress.

Shipment Tracking & Delivery Support

Once shipment has been arranged, we will provide available tracking details or logistics updates where applicable.

For bulk shipments, freight forwarding updates may depend on the carrier, forwarder, shipping route, and customs clearance process.

If customers have questions about shipment status, delivery documents, or customs clearance support, they may contact our sales or logistics team for assistance.

Product Issues During Delivery

If products are damaged, delayed, or affected during transportation, customers should contact us promptly with relevant information, such as photos, packaging condition, shipping documents, and delivery records.

We will review the situation together with the customer, carrier, or logistics provider and provide reasonable support based on the confirmed order terms and shipment conditions.

Custom Synthesis Service

We provide a custom synthesis for almost any organic compound, ranging from Lab-scale R&D to pilot-scale up and commercial-scale production.
