Description
Mp35N Alloy is a high-performance, multi-component cobalt-nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy renowned for its exceptional combination of ultra-high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and non-magnetic properties. This unique material is engineered for the most demanding environments where mechanical integrity and reliability are paramount under extreme stress and corrosive conditions. It is a critical material for advanced engineering applications in the aerospace, medical device, oil & gas, and marine industries, where component failure is not an option.
Application
- Aerospace Components: Fasteners, landing gear components, engine parts, and structural elements requiring high strength-to-weight ratios and resistance to stress-corrosion cracking.
- Medical Implants & Instruments: Used in permanent surgical implants (e.g., bone screws, spinal rods), orthopedic devices, and surgical tools due to its biocompatibility, fatigue resistance, and MRI compatibility.
- Oil & Gas Downhole Tools: Critical for components like springs, seals, and measurement-while-drilling (MWD) tools that must withstand high pressures, sour gas (H₂S), and chloride-rich environments.
- Marine & Subsea Engineering: Fasteners, connectors, and components for subsea systems exposed to seawater and requiring long-term corrosion resistance.
- High-Performance Springs: Ideal for springs that must maintain load and elasticity in corrosive or high-temperature environments.
- Chemical Processing: Valves, pump shafts, and fittings in chemical plants handling aggressive media.
- Defense & Military: Components for naval vessels, submarines, and other defense applications requiring non-magnetic and corrosion-resistant properties.

Quality Control
Our Mp35N Alloy is manufactured and supplied to meet the most stringent industry and international material standards. Quality is assured through rigorous in-process and final testing, including chemical composition analysis via Optical Emission Spectrometry (OES), mechanical property testing (tensile, yield, elongation), and microstructural examination. We comply with relevant specifications such as ASTM F562 (for medical grade) and AMS 5844. A comprehensive Certificate of Analysis (COA) and material certification traceable to the melt lot are provided with each shipment.
Storage
Preserve in a tightly closed container, protected from light. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area at room temperature (15-25°C). To prevent surface contamination or corrosion, the alloy should be kept in its original packaging until use and stored separately from aggressive chemicals. For long-term storage in humid environments, the use of desiccants is recommended.
