Polyol ester surfactants are nonionic materials formed by esterifying polyols such as glycerol, sorbitol, or pentaerythritol with fatty acids. Their amphiphilic structure provides excellent emulsification, dispersion, lubrication, and wetting properties across a wide range of industrial applications. These surfactants exhibit outstanding biodegradability, low toxicity, and thermal stability, making them suitable for food processing, pharmaceuticals, personal care formulations, lubricants, agrochemicals, and polymer modification.
