α-Hydro-ω-Hydroxy-Poly(Oxy-1,2-Ethanediyl) Polymer With 1,6-Diisocyanatohexane, Polyethylene Glycol Mono[(1-Phenylethyl)Phenyl] Ether-Blocked is a specialized, non-ionic polyurethane-based surfactant and polymer additive.
